Return and Exchange Policy:

Through our easy return process, you can return or exchange any unworn and unaltered item within 15 days of receipt date. PLEASE NOTE: You must first contact us at by email service@ippie.com to ensure quick turnaround on your returned item. Returned Items without email notification can result in delayed service. Shipping on returned merchandise is non-refundable. Price tag on merchandise must not be detached in order to prove the merchandise is unworn; otherwise, only store credit will be issued within 15 days of receipt date.
